Good. Well, glad to have you joining us. And we really wanted to invite Oliver on.

It's one of my favorite topics that we're going to be talking about today.

And the listeners are probably all sick of me hearing about this.

But we've been talking about this for the last two years. And it's important.

And I think you all realize that now. But we're going to be talking about inflation and all the

details about it, which I think will be really helpful for listeners. If you can't follow what I've been

saying, here's somebody who's literally just focused on this and very little else. So what better way

to get good data and background. So Oliver, can you tell us a little bit about your background?

I spent my whole career working around data and whether it's data measurements, data applications,

and transforming data to help businesses make businesses and financial institutions

and sort of government organizations to utilize data to make informed decisions.

So, yeah, I've been working at a UK retailer called Tesco's post that. Then I'm

at a company called Cantar. Then I eventually worked at Nielsen, did various different measurement

tools for Nielsen, whether it's TV ratings, whether it's retail measurement tools, whether it's
