So much of what ties into real estate and investing in general has to do with what is going on in the economy and around the world, whether it be oil prices or interest rates or countries devaluing their currency versus

0:51.1	and changing the cost of the materials that go into housing, etc.
0:55.5	It's really a very wide, complex interconnected web.

1:09.7	and about some topic related to real estate but not directly and hopefully that's going to help
