Hey thanks Marco it's awesome to be here it's my pleasure to have you on the show and you know what I didn't know much about you until recently and in doing my due diligence on you and learning more about you and listening to your podcast I was very impressed with a lot of the things that you had accomplished in years past

but then I was even more impressed with your little Hans foundation so tiny

hands yeah is it tiny hands I'm sorry it's tight no no it's fine. It's the tiny hands foundation. I was so kind of you to bring that up. I really really appreciate it. So I'm going to do a little thing that's out of the ordinary for me here. I usually start with tell us about yourself and whatnot but if you don't mind

before we get into you and real estate investing can you just take two minutes or so

and tell us about that tiny hands foundation because I'm very intrigued with it oh well that's that's kind of you to let me do that.

You know, I was kind of a narcissist back in the day, probably 17, 18 years ago,

and I came across Tony Robbins, went to a Tony Robbins event,

and I saw what he does for needy families.

He has something called a basket brigade, and I decided to model it the year I went to my first

event with him.

And so I decided to feed five families and called a church, found out who needed help, and my brother and I went and delivered big boxes of food to five families.

Well, one of the families, the lady came out of the house, she was in this shack, and she came out of the shack,

and she started crying when she saw the food, and then her five children all came out and they all started crying.
