I love finding animal beings through a shamanic journey or a guided journey.

Give space for integration if an animal comes to you

instead of like pulling another card or doing another you know just be with that animal

build a relationship with that animal

if they come to you it's a gift. If you have a dream of an

animal, it's a gift. Ask them, what do you need for me? What are you reminding me of that I've

forgotten? How can I honor you? That could be maybe an offering on the earth,

it could be a little animal spirit altar that you create, but the relationship is so important because once you start it's just like building a relationship with a person or any of those things I think that then they're in your energy field and then they start to inform it and they start to protect it.
