I'm John Bachelor. Malcolm Holin is here. We're headed to the Ubadai National Park just opened in the Jordan Valley just south of Sea of Galilee. This is ancient

ancient discoveries made in 59 by Isi Marimski but now open to the public. What

are they going to find Indiana? What have you tricked for us?

We have something so amazing and it's one of the most significant for scientific research into

the early existence of man because in this park they have found the earliest

signs of life in the Middle East and one of the earliest outside of Africa and

they dedicated to this week because it was combined effort of all the different ministries to develop this as part of the Southern Jordan River Valley project.

And it had been, as you said, it's government 59, but it was more or less left vacant until now when it is all been developed because they found their remains, human remains of the homoerectus, or the people believed to have been living there, and it shows that the migration out of Africa was not a one-time event but occurred in waves.

They also found Flint and limestone and basalt tools and evidence of many kind of wildlife including giraffes,

hippopotamai and Jaguars, which are now extinct including mammoths and

cyber-toothed tigers no longer in Israel. So people will have a chance to come and

visit this and see the various layers of society that of history

including references to the Egyptian Pharaoh, Merbats, and and also Mosha that what represented the beginning of the Zionist movement when it was established in this area in

1901.

So it has a lot of history, a lot of opportunity.
