where together we'll uncover what we can learn about modern dating, love and relationships

from popular television. I'm Natasha and I'm Justine. And we're very excited. We're kicking off a

new series, a three, maybe four-part series we're calling the experts versus the apps. We will be

looking at modern dating versus traditional with matchmakers to very different approaches to

dating, what works, what doesn't work, what we can learn from both of them. So today's episode,

we're going to be diving into Indian matchmaking, auntie Sima and her, specific approach.

Yeah, she does have a very specific formula she does with. And she's been doing it for over 20

years. So there's definitely something there to learn. Next week, we're dropping an interview with

Michael K. He is a global director of brand marketing and communications at OKCupid.

And so we'll be talking a little bit about online dating and what works and what doesn't there.

And then the following week, we'll be doing, we'll be covering Jewish matchmaking,

which drops on Netflix, May 3rd. May 3rd. May 3rd. And then the week after we'll maybe have another

interview. Yeah, probably. So we're going to interview with a collection of somebody. Yeah. So

I'm excited for us to kind of just dive into these different approaches to dating. There's no

right or wrong way. People are out here in these streets trying any which way to try and find love.

Finding your person on a planet of 8 billion is not easy. Not at all. Not at all.

So we're going to deep dive in and see what's happening out here.

Oh my god. My favorite, especially watching my parents love watching the show.

Oh, really? I always watch. So you and I've both watched season one and two. We've never

talked about it on the show, but we watch it. I see people in the Facebook group chat and whatnot.
