Hey everybody, we're on Mauro here and today we are talking about some news on Gigate

Texas and Gigashang High, a little bit on the Russell 1000 Index Rebalance.

I've seen some confusion on that, so we're going to go through how that works.

And we also have a few other updates, like a new Anelstuk day from Credit Suisse, and news

on the annual shareholder meeting.

So a quick look at the stock to wrap up the week, Tesla today finishing up 4.5%.

Not the best day considering the NASDAQ was up 3.3%.

So I mean I'll take 4.5%, but usually Tesla's beta would be or would necessitate a little

bit of a better performance than that, but again, no complaints with up 4.5%.

But nothing really, Tesla's specific, I think, driving that price target or that price

action today.

We did have an Anelstuk update here from Credit Suisse as I mentioned, so we'll go through

that quickly.

Dan Levy did lower his price target on Tesla from $1,125 per share down to $1,000 per share,

so a very similar decrease to what we had just seen from Adam Jones and Morgan Stanley.

They lowered their expectation for second quarter deliveries to $242,000.

It's quite a bit low consensus here, which is noted as $280,000, but remember that's

just the Anelstuk consensus and a lot of Anelists have been in the situation where they haven't

updated their forecast to account for the COVID shutdowns yet.

So as we had talked about before, buy side expectations are somewhere in the $255,000

range, at last update, and those are always kind of like whisper numbers.
