Hey everybody, Rob Mallorke here. Welcome back to Tesla Daily. Today, we are talking

about Gigafrolin. We've got a variety of news there from production to deliveries

and a couple other items as well. We've also got news out of China, a couple of updates

on Elon Musk and a new electric vehicle from Volkswagen. Not a whole lot to say on the

markets today, the NASDAQ finishing down 7.10% Tesla slightly outperforming, but still

down 3.10% of a percent on the day to close at $734.76.

Quick look ahead at the calendar for the rest of the week as we wrap up the second quarter

finally this week on Thursday. We will get a few economic reports throughout the week,

Fed Chairman Drone Powell is set to speak on Wednesday and then also on Wednesday we will

get the final release of Q1 GDP. Remember for GDP, there are two preliminary releases,

so this is the final number not Q2's GDP, which people will be looking at to see if we're

in a recession. We'll get that preliminary release for Q2 GDP in late July.

Quick note on that subject, today the Atlanta Fed released their updated GDP model estimate

for the second quarter. They have that now growing at 0.3% versus their previous forecast

on June 16th was 0.0%. So might sneak through one more quarter without an official recession,

but as we often talk about sometimes these positive economic indicators might be reflected

negatively in the stock market because it could lead the Fed to more rapidly increase

interest rates. So we'll continue to keep an eye on those broader economic reports and

then from a Tesla calendar perspective, we should be expecting Tesla to release Q2 production

and delivery numbers this Saturday, July 2nd. So I'll do live stream for that. We'll

do our production forecasting later this week and then we'll finally move into hopefully
