I am so excited for today's episode. We have my friend Kennedy Powers here, and I feel so

connected to her in so many ways. She just graduated nursing school.

She passed her boards and she is also a full-time content creator. So we get into so many

questions that you guys have that I had and she's exploring this new phase of life. She recently

moved to Southern California. She's single. Again, she is a new grad nurse and looking for her dream job while also balancing influencing. She is best known for sharing real moments online around nursing, wellness, confidence, and navigating big life changes publicly, which is so hard. She's only 25 years old.

She carries herself with such poise and maturity.

We met for the first time on the hydro drug trip, and I feel like we really clicked and

connected.

And I feel almost like a motherly mentor figure to her because I have walked so many of the

same paths that she is walking right now.

And we dive into so many incredible topics that I'm really, really excited for.

Hi. Hi. How are you? I'm so good. You know what's so funny is I feel like I've known you for kind of ever.

Yeah. But also we just met on the hydro drug trip. I know, which is crazy. Isn't that weird?

Like that it took that long. Well, and I remember when you like first got into nursing school and were first sharing that content and me as a nurse, like I loved seeing it because medical influencing, I guess if you call it, that was not really a thing back when I first started nursing school. And that was when I first blew up on social media.

Well, blew up.

I mean, you know, I thought like my 13,000 followers on Instagram was really cool.

But it was like such a niche category to be in because it's really scary when you are committed to health care and then you share your life online because there are things like HIPAA and privacy things that really come into play. And I don't know how

your school was, but I went to a private nursing school. And so they were super, super strict about

what we were able to share. I wasn't allowed to say what school I went to. Obviously,

didn't show like my student badge, that kind of thing.
