0:47.6	They've got new reporting about Donald Trump
0:49.8	and alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election in the state of Michigan.
0:55.0	The paper reports that Donald Trump himself personally called two members of the Wayne
1:00.3	County Board of Canvassers and pressured them not to certify Joe
1:04.7	Biden's win. Republican National Committee chairwoman Rona McDaniel was also
1:09.5	reportedly on that call. The Detroit News reached out to Trump, McDaniel, and the canvassers
1:15.0	and none of their spokespeople disputed this account.
1:19.0	The paper says the audio was captured by someone present for the conversation between
1:24.4	Trump and the canvassers. The Detroit News obtained the audio through an
1:28.3	intermediary who heard the recordings but was not present for the calls.
