This cast has become so long we're going to have to split the input from our

listeners into two parts the first cast will be over an hour long and the second cast where we talk about the

remaining inputs and hopefully get to Dan's will be over an hour long as well.

This is a fairly emergent cast and we beg your forgiveness on this, but we were certainly

not going to short the people who took the time to put in their comments, to hear from us about what we thought as part of their learning and development.

In the last couple of casts, we have talked about case studies.

We've given you a good overview of how they fit in in organizations,

business schools, and so on.

And we've also introduced the first inaugural case study, which is Webcom and very

interesting experience and we were joined on the podcast by Dan McGuire,

who is with us today.
