Then, we're going to play you an update to that story.

And guys, I have been crossing my fingers for five years that this update would happen.

It's an update that's personally meaningful to me and I hope it will be to you too.

Also a quick note on language.

When you hear me talk about natural birth, what I mean is birth without surgery or medication.

I've never loved the term natural because it implies that some births are unnatural.

But this is the term that people were using back when I first made this episode.

So that is what you'll hear me say.
