Michigan comes up a little bit short. We fall 24 to 17. Couldn't get any consistency going in the run game,

downfield, some bright spots from Ambry Thomas, and a few other highlights that we'll get to later in the show.

Let's go in the trenches with John Jansen. The former Wolverines captain in

Michigan Sports Hall of Famer will take you inside the locker room with players

and coaches. It wasn't the greatest game but they fought all the way to the end and

there's a lot to be said for that. Can you go back and look at the tape and get better

every single week? We got some penalties that kept drives, and they were able to turn them into touchdowns.

Tough night for Michigan here in South Bend.

Brian, I'll tell you what, let's go ahead and hear some of the post

game sound that we have and some of the highlights that maybe we can go through.

Yeah, John, let's break it all down. Tough one tonight, but it was a gritty performance from

Shea Patterson. Michigan's quarterback battled cramping in the second half.

It was weird. I felt really hydrated before the game and started cramping in the third quarter and my cast and then I worked all the way up to my hamstrings. I just went and got an IV. It didn't really stop cramping, but I just felt like I needed to get back out there.

Running back, Karan Higden, was impressed with Shea Patterson.

He was poised, you know, he's confident, and that's one thing I love about him.

You know, he managed the game very well.

Dylan McAfrey got in and managed the game well,

and, you know, we just got to build off of that and make sure that it was mostly because of how the game started. Here's Dan Dierdorf.
