And I mean, I have to say, it is a bit gloomy out there.

Global warming would be most welcome on days like this.

And I know when people say, oh, but the thing is, it's not just about the warming.

It's about the cooling.

It's about the terrible state that we have left ourselves in because of our reliance on fossil fuels.

Well, there isn't really an alternative, one, also two, are these people really absolutely convinced that the world is going to end? They seem to be. Let's ask Rod Little. Rod,

Somewhat amused by the weekend's extravagances of the Just Stop Oil Brigade from gluing themselves

to microphones to gluing themselves to roads to becoming hysterically upset that the world is

actually going to end. And I was saying just a minute ago, I blame the educators and the people

who have terrified these kids into believing that the world is actually going to end.

Yeah, I think there is an element of that.

And I think there's also an element that every generation thinks that it's the last

generation, special generation, the generation, which is the worst or the best, or is

about to see annihilation.

Every generation is the same.

But this one is particularly indulged in its fantasies.

And particularly arrogant in its fantasies.

It's as if we weren't aware that there's this thing called global warming.
