Well, let's start with definitions, Liz. How are in-person jobs,

hybrid jobs, and remote jobs different from each other? How do you define those three?

So, Mack, I'm going to give you my definitions, and I would say other companies or other people

may define things differently. What's happening right

now in our world is that so many different places are figuring out what it means for them. So

these things are evolving. But for me, the Liz version is that in person is in the office at

least four days a week. With set hours, set expectations, you will be at your desk. And we see a lot of
