I'm in the most unbelievable place in the world. I am in the very room where St.

Maximilian Colby dictated his greatest insight on the relationship of Mary and the

And I am so privileged to be in this room, praying this rosary with the greatest living

And we continue our meditation on the life of St. Maximilian Colby.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

And let's call to mind all of those we've promised to pray for.

St. Maximilian Colby wanted to evangelize the whole world and he wanted to use every means possible,

every new form of technology during his time in order to reach souls, magazines and newspapers. He built a

radio station and began broadcasting. He had the railway come to his monastery so he could distribute his periodicals.

He even wanted to build a runway and train pilots and have movies. In 1922 he began to publish his

magazine in Krakowv called The Night of the Immaculata and by 1940 it reached a distribution

of more than 1 million copies per month but the magazine and the production outgrew the monastery in Krakow and in Grodno.

So ultimately he built a monastery, a printing house, and a seminary just outside Warsaw which he named the city of the

Immaculata, Neapocalonov. And within 10 years it became the largest monastery in the world with more than 700 brothers and priests.

Then in 1930, St. Maxime and Colby went to Japan and duplicated his efforts with the second monastery there in Nagasaki.
