Nemhouser, and it is a fabulous Friday morning, and we've got an awesome show today. I am not

exaggerating. It's no hyperbole.

I've been looking forward to this conversation more than almost any I've had around the Seahawks offseason.

Because here's a thing.

You guys know that while we've done over 400 shows in the last year on the Seahawks,

we're going to get a little rose-colored glasses.

We're going to get a little myopic. And we need to have a little bit of a broader perspective

brought in. We also need to see if we can potentially inform some of the national perspective.

And there's a guy on the athletic football show, Derek Classen, who I think is one of the best analysts out there.

And it doesn't even matter what my opinion is.

He's on the athletic football show with Robert Mays, who you all saw every week with me this past season.

You know how good Robert is.

And he and Derek together are honestly the best football podcast for my money out there right now.

I don't miss an episode.

And we finally were able to connect.

And so without further ado, I bring aboard the man formerly mentioned Derek Classen of the athletic football show.

How are you doing this morning, Derek?

I'm doing fantastic.

That was an incredibly, that was a very kind intro. I don't even know what to say to that. I'm always happy to talk Seahawks. This is weirdly one of my favorite teams to talk about. And it's not just this off season. They've like for a year's been one of my favorite teams. So very happy to be here. Should be a good time. Well, you know, if the show goes the right way, you'll be just as happy to talk Seahawks at the end as at the beginning. If it goes the wrong way, you'll feel like I'm just hammering you on Seahawks stuff. So if I get going too hard, you know, just, you know, cry uncle. Tell me, you know, hey, be a little gentle here.
