Wendy, quick question for you. Before you became a dietician,

what was your thought about carbohydrates?

To be honest, I didn't really think about carbohydrates as in carbohydrates.

I just carbs are one of my favorite foods.

I feel like potatoes has always been one of my faves.

And I would just kind of eat it and not really think about it.

However, when I did become a dietician, I feel like I started to notice that

Like, tortilla is like, oh my god, I can't tell you when I used to work in the clinics.

Like, all of the doctors, no tortillas.

And I'm like, leave tortillas alone or like the rice or like whatever.
