historian first and foremost and I have tended to write about Royals throughout history, particularly Tudor ones, but all the way up to the present day.

Court which is pretty much a dream country for a royal and particularly a Tudor

That's absolutely incredible. I'm so jealous. We've got quite a nice office in London, but that is

absolutely beating us there completely on that front. Now I'm going to ask you about and get you to talk about both of these subjects, but we're going to start off with your latest book. Now I know you've published both fiction and non-fiction works, but the latest latest Crown Inspector is a look back at Royal History.

The Blurb describes it as a new history of the British monarchy.

Tracy has examined every monarch from William the Conqueror's Triumph in Hastings in 1066, all the way to the winds of the modern day.

So how did this come about?

Well, I have to say that it's by far the biggest book I have ever tackled the biggest subject,

you know more than a thousand years of history and if it hadn't been for lockdown I think I'd still be writing it.
