Inspiration for today's episode came from a step one meeting that I was at last week. We were

reading step one from the book Past to Recovery. I had recently returned from visiting my parents who as I have said

before are in a phase of dementia and we're reading step one and I realized that as we're reading and I

realized that if I replace the word alcoholism, alcohol with dementia, that step one was speaking to my life
