Summary
Lately Chalene has been getting a ton of messages from people asking how to improve the physical passion that they are lacking in their relationship. So she put a poll out on social media and was really surprised at the results. The overwhelming majority of people rated their sex life a five or below, 10 being like off the charts. So today Chalene wants to talk about the three main reasons why people are lacking passion and intimacy in their relationships. She is really talking to those of you who are in relationships. Chalene is not a sex therapist, obviously, and this is kind of an uncomfortable subject but it's not going to be an uncomfortable podcast. The only way it would be uncomfortable is if she knew that children were listening. So do Chalene a favor and listen to this episode in private away from the kids.
