Thank you. Welcome to Brown's film breakdown for Saturday, December 21st. My name is Andrew Spade. I'm joined by Jake Burns.

Jake, how are you, man?

We're good. We got some really big time college football happening today, which is exciting, right?

You know, you get the playoff for the first time. And then when we're listening to this,

you'll have an idea of Indiana, Notre Dame. We don't know, but it'll be just interesting to see the first of these

playoff games.

So that's exciting. And it's a good weekend of football. We should be able to watch a lot of it and take it all in. And that part of looking forward to the weekend is great, buddy. How are you? I'm doing good. I am also very excited about this college football playoff. I think it's so funny that the part

that people are most excited about, without a doubt, is the fact that there are home playoff

games. And it's also funny because it's a 12-team playoff that the four best teams, right, I'm using

quotation marks there, but the four conference champions, or however, whatever, how this all breaks

down, those teams don't get home playoff

games so if you think about it it's actually i mean the buy week is more valuable i guess but

everybody's gotten two weeks off yeah so i think it's actually a little bit of a disincentive in a way

yeah a little bit like texas being the five playing the 12, right?

Getting a home game. What, you know, what are the chances that Clemson goes into tech?

I mean, they're, they're like two touchdown favorites in that game. So it just feels to me like

there's an incentive to almost be the fifth, that fifth where you get the you yeah you play the extra

game but i mean that's almost it's not quite this it's not the same as playing like an fcs
