and it's coming to Sacramento, California, May 29th through 31st, 2020.

I come from the CrossFit Space, and one of the reasons that I loved CrossFit so much

is that there was a sport that we got to play.

When we launched the One-Tone Challenge, one of my biggest goals was to create a sport.

Olympic weight lifting has been around forever.
