Before we jump into today's topic, I want to talk about something we encounter every day.

I know it seems out of the blue, but bear with me here.

Imagine you're going to your favorite restaurant.

Right? You're driving. The windows are down. The music is playing.

You're super excited because you've been looking forward to this

all week. You're enjoying the scenery. Everything is going great. And then you hit a red light.

Now, it might feel like a bit of a pause in your excitement, a break in the flow. But these lights, they're there to keep things safe,

to keep things organized on the road, right?

They can give us a moment to catch our breath.
