Today we have a special guest, Ike Baron-Holtz. We're recording at Momofuku Coe, we're in New York.

He's on a press tour for his new movie The Oath. This is the first time that I've done such

podcasts where we're talking about something that's recent. The movie deals with a lot of

topical things, not talking about Donald Trump, but it's obviously a lot about that in politics.

Again, I didn't think we would have this kind of conversation on our podcast, but fuck it.

This is what we're going to do. And I think there's a lot of similarities between what he's trying to

do and what I think as a chef we can do with food without really talking about the things that
