We are in 2 Timothy chapter 3.

Here's some thoughts from the chapter.

Timothy is warned that difficult times will come in the last days.

People will become lovers of self, money, and pleasure rather than lovers of God.

They will appear religious, but will deny the true

power of godliness. Sadly, they will progress from bad to worse. Paul urges Timothy to avoid such

individuals, especially those who deceive others while resisting the truth. He reminds Timothy

that persecution is a reality for all who desire to live

godly lives in Christ Jesus. However, Timothy is encouraged to remain steadfast in what he has
