some tactical tools to help get you from where you are now to where

you want to go in your life, career, relationships, and maybe even in your journey as a mom too.

Girl, I'm so excited that you're here for today's episode because honestly, on this podcast,

I do like to think of us like we're girlfriends chatting. And my intention today is to let a little fire under your butt to

remind you who the F you are. Because who you think you are really matters. And sometimes we can

be our own worst critics. We can, you know, look for the ways that we're dropping

the ball, look for the things that we don't feel like we're good at, compare ourselves to other people,

like, oh, good for her, but I could never do that, or create some BS story about what we believe

we're worthy of. And what I think can be really scary is we can get caught up in wanting to learn strategy

and tactics or the steps that we think that we need to take to build the life that we're

really excited about. But at the root of it all, if we don't believe that we deserve it,

we're not going to change our identity about who we believe that we are.

And from that, we're not going to take the appropriate actions.
