Hello. Jesse Gomez. Hi there. Hello. Let's get some funky energy going today. I want,

I want us not to even be on the rails once let alone go off the rails. I want us to start off the

rails. Okay. How have you weeks been? No, they've been pretty good. Pretty good. Oh, well, isn't that

lovely to hear? What are you going to be watching this weekend? Oh, well, tonight I'm going to be

watching banshees of Inner Sheeran. That's really good. I did enjoy that film quite a bit. I'm going

to talk about some films I've been watching recently later, but first there's a TV show that I'm

sure a lot of people will be watching this weekend slash Monday in the UK and that is HBO's The

Last Vs based on a little video game called The Last Vs. You guys have both watched episode one,

is that right? I've not entirely watched episode one by the same bits and bobs. Fair enough. I am

fortunate enough to have watched the entire season. I have reviewed it for IGN and gave it a nine

out of ten, which means it is amazing because I believe it is amazing. This show is, I think

everything I hoped it would be pretty much. It is faithful and it captures the tone of the game

and captures the characters of the game, but it also does what I want from an adaptation, which

is give me a bit extra and actually tell me almost like, in a way, if you think of it almost

like DLC, it's almost like giving you an extra couple of DLC chapters in the middle of it.

I mean, you wouldn't just want it to be exactly the same because you could just go and watch

have that play on YouTube. You literally made a let's play of The Last of Us.

That's true, actually. There would be no benefit to anyone from that with that except that

more people will watch it. That is obviously one of the aims of this show is to get a lot of people

to watch it that wouldn't play again. Going forward, I don't know if there's an answer to this,

is the extra stories told within this show now what is considered like, what actually happened

...
