Well, we have started the show now. Welcome to the I-Shin UK podcast. We're back

for another year. It has been a while, because we record these a little while ago, but we're back

in 2023. I say, back is the first time any of us have ever been here.

Me and you, Dale, both had a small orange before this podcast.

Yeah, yeah. No, no. I had a tendering about half an hour ago.

Ah, it's good in there. It's refreshing. It's a nice, like, it feels like a naughty snack,

but it's not. No, no. It's a nice little, like, mid-morning treat, especially if you're someone

like me who doesn't eat breakfast when they should. It just tied you over until lunch.
