My wife and I are kind of thrifty, and we've had to be based on my income,

especially early on in my career in Christian radio, I was not making very much

money and we were happy, but we really had to be thrifty. We've carried that through even to

today and my children are all pretty cheap at some point, but one of my daughters said,

I'm horrible at budgeting. Yeah, so I said, well, did we just not teach you how to budget?

Or we maybe we could have been more transparent about our budgeting process? She said, no, no, you
