Hi, my name is Lewis Howes and welcome to the Daily Motivation Show.

0:14.3

I won't say that I'm not always sort of updating my way of thinking, but the big model of my

0:19.1

life is pretty stable now.

0:20.5

So I would say that

0:22.0

how well the things that I have cobbled together work in high pressure situations. You mean like

0:29.8

your values, your principles, your frameworks for life? How to deal with your emotions? That's probably

1:27.0

Like is this, can I actually center myself when,

1:29.2

you know, say, hundreds of millions of dollars are at stake? And then it's like, okay,

1:34.3

this still works. And that was very encouraging, very encouraging. Because when you get a test

1:41.4

that's sort of way beyond where you've been tested before, you're like,
