So Julie, welcome back to today's show. Yes, thank you. And it does sometimes feel like we're pleading with them. Please, just listen to us. We're on your side. We're trying to have your back. We're trying to help you and save you months or maybe even years of misery. And please understand, we're not anti-buyer. We loved working with buyers too. Sometimes that's the fun part of the business. You get to see people's houses. You get to see different decorating, sometimes new constructions fun to walk through. That's all good, and there is a place for it. But to be overly dependent on it, puts you in peril. It puts you at risk. Now, Tim said it puts you on the track for failure.

Sometimes it's a slow track to failure. It could take years for you to finally go, you know what,

this isn't sustainable. Oftentimes when we get new coaching clients, it's because you guys are
