Now let's shout out to today's featured guest Floyd Woodrow. Floyd, are you prepared to ignite?

John Mablaze at the moment. I'm really looking forward to speaking to you.

Floyd is the founder of Chrysselis Worldwide. He has an excellent track record of success as a military leader, director, consultant, and negotiator.

Floyd has established an international reputation for designing and running leadership in the lead performance training and sports business government police, not for profit and education.

Floyd, take a minute. Fill in some gaps from that intro and give us a little glimpse of your personal life.

Sure, I'm married with three wonderful children and I have two dogs. My children are great communicators, challenging, and they're just great to be around.

I began my career in the military. I spent four years with the Parachio Regiment and then 23 years in the Special Air Service, where I went right away through the ranks.

So I started off as a soldier. I finished as a major in charge of the counterterrorist wing, and then I think that's where I learned how to be an entrepreneur.

The good thing about being a Special Air Service is that they want leaders from the day that you arrive that are mentally and physically resilient and can seize opportunities.

So it was like a university. I studied law and psychology whilst I was in, and then I decided to go into business in 2008.

I wanted to see how good I could be in a new field. I then went in and worked in a number of companies.

I own a number of companies, one is called Quantum Financial Holdings, which is in the financial sector.

But my love is Crystal's Worldwide, which is where I do work with the children as young as five right the way through to ambassadors.

And what my aim is to do is to show them actually how good they are and how capable they are of achieving their own successes.

Well, I love just like with language, starting so young with children because it can really just shape them put them on that right path.

So I kind of want to dive a little bit more into that later, but first and foremost, Floyd, let's chat about your specific area of expertise.

Just so that we the listeners are clear on that, what would you say in just a couple of sentences, your area of expertise is?

I think communication and being able to adapt my communication to meet the needs of the people that I work with in order to really just connect.

And more importantly for me is again, just to allow them to understand that they're capable and that with a few tweaks here and there that strategy has a success and failure is not an accident.
