Hey guys, welcome back to We Menorakmi. I'm so excited for today's episode with Lindsay

0:11.6

Silberman. She has this awesome company Hotel Lobby Candle and she just has a really interesting story.

0:19.3

Her and her husband are married for a little six or seven years now and have decided not to have kids

0:28.8

and I just feel like this perspective is not heard often and it's often like silence like,

0:34.8

oh, you can't go against society and not have kids and as someone who personally does want kids,

0:41.6

I think that it was really interesting to hear the other side of it. I still want kids but I'm intrigued

0:49.8

by Lindsay's perspective and I'm really excited for you to hear it before we get into that.

a doctor there and he got an MRI. By the way, I didn't even realize how awful MRIs are. I thought

2:00.0

I had had one. I'm still convinced that I've had one at one point in my life but they are not fun

2:05.6

and like his MRI, he had to do some like, like some die, like put some die in his body and like

2:14.4

throw an IV and it's just like a situation. So if you have to get MRIs regularly or if you've

2:19.9

got an MRI, I feel for you and he went to get this MRI, he got this, you know, he got the MRI and

2:27.1

he has a really badly herniated disc like in his lower back and so he has basically been incapacitated,

2:36.6

like has not been able to move. And so I was like, okay, maybe like, you know, if we go out to

2:43.3

my parents house, like we can just relax and like he doesn't have to move and so I drove us usually
