This came to me this idea. If you were cringing, I'm clapping.

This came to me, this idea the other night

when I had a conversation with a friend who said

that she cringes about the content she put out years ago.

She's like, oh my gosh, 2016, 2017, 2018 me.

She's like, I cringe when I read or reflect

or someone shares with me something that I posted years ago.

So why am I clapping when this happens?

I actually listen to, this is interesting that this kind of all happened within the same week.

I was listening to Taylor Swift's commencement address at NYU when she addressed the class of 2022 and gave her advice as a young leader who has

forged her own path and she said that avoiding cringe in your life is going to be impossible if you are doing big things,

if you are following your dreams, right?

Who you are five years ago, who you were a year ago, is not who you are a year ago is not who you are today. But we have to honor and allow all these different versions of ourselves

as part of our natural evolution as human beings.

In fact, Taylor Swift joke that for a whole period,
