We're making it a hot mom summer, y'all.

I came across this audio on Instagram and it spoke to my soul.

Now here's the thing.

Yes, this was specifically targeted for moms out there.

As if you are a mom and if you're a mom that gave birth to your child and you're getting

used to your new body and getting adjusted to your new body, there's a lot of emotions

and feelings that go along with that.

And as we embark on, you know, it's Memorial Weekend.

It's the official start of summer.

You know, people are going to be doing a lot of vacationing this weekend.

I know we're going to the beach this weekend.

And so I think the timing of all of this was like perfect.

And I do want to say like this doesn't just apply to moms.

This applies to all women.

This applies to men.

This applies to dads.

This applies to whomever.

But there is a woman by the name of Emily Vondy.

And she posted this song that she put together for hot mom summer.

And she's asking people to kind of like do it with her on reels and stuff like that
