I would like to tell you one benefit of being a life coach that I never anticipated when I got started.

And this advantage has been so helpful to me personally, as a human being a woman in this world

figuring life out right no one knows exactly what they're doing we're all just doing

our best here one big advantage that I've had over the years is speaking to people at all levels

but I will say look it's high achieving people who seek out coaching right so often I've had the

pleasure and joy of working with people who've achieved a lot right in business

maybe it's with it with the sport with bodies. I mean it's been so interesting

working with people from very different circumstances and environments and

seeing how they're navigating their life and their unique challenges.

And what has been so insightful as I speak to different people, maybe it's someone who's a full-time parent,

maybe it's someone who's a CEO, maybe it's someone who is an athlete, is the situations are certainly different, right?

Each challenge is unique, but the emotions are the same.

What we experience as human beings, it's the same thing. We feel afraid, we feel inadequate, we don't always feel worthy,

we don't feel like we're good enough, we don't feel like we have enough. And as a result, seeing these common threats throughout life, throughout different careers,

throughout people like different genders, different parts of the world, different everything.

When I've been able to see different journeys,

different people on different journeys,

it allows me to judge my own so much less harshly.

Remember what we see presented out there, what's posted, what's on the outside, that's the

good stuff. We know this on a conscious

level but it still is the majority of what we see and we see see shiny this, shiny that, happy this,
