The practice (to be performed three times a day, for two minutes each time):
1. Sit down and close that body's eyes
2. Mentally state: "Here I am Father. Speak, I am listening. I desire to do your will."
3. Expectantly listen for a couple of minutes before getting up and going about your GoOD day.
Note: I speak as if to the Love I feel inside-everywhere. I speak it to the Silence.
