your guidance. We thank you for your love. We thank you for joy. We thank you for the joy that we

get from you, Lord. And I just, I just impart that. Is that the word that we use? I just send it

and I declare it over my friend on the other side of this podcast Lord I just declare joy over

their life God I thank you that that is their portion joy is even in the midst of the trials

in the midst of the storms in the midst of the valley there is still joy to be found in your

spirit God I thank you that in your word it says that there is nothing that can actually take

joy from you away from us. And so, Lord, I pray joy over their life in Jesus' name, even in the midst

of the things that could be happening, God. I just thank you that there's always joy to be found,

even in the uncertain seasons, in the seasons that don't make sense, in the seasons that we don't have all the answers, Lord. And thank you, God, for being in the valleys with us. Thank you for being on the mountaintops with us, God. Thank you for being everywhere in whatever season, God. Thank you for being with us at all times. Thank you that you are omnipresent, that you can just be with all of us. You're here in my room with me and you are there on the other end with my friend.

And so, God, we just thank you that you are such an intentional God. You're a loving God.

And you are a God who is here to just support us and love us and give us the things we need like joy.

And so I pray joy over us as we enter this episode. God, Thank you for the opportunity to commune with one another. And I just bless my friend on the other side of this. God, thank you, Jesus. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Guys, what a good day. Actually, what a good day it is. You know, I'm going to be honest. I'm going to be honest. As I'm recording this, it's near the end of my day and there have been, there have been some hiccups in my day. There have been some things that have happened where I'm like, ooh, don't love that. Oh, that wasn't my plan. Ooh, that, ow, that's annoying. But today is a good day. Today has been a good day and it will continue to be a good day. And, uh, yeah, I feel hope. Oh, what's that song? Let hope arise. Let hope arise.

I feel hope arising in me after the day I've had. I love these glasses, but I can really see the

reflection of my light in them. I got to keep my head down. I got to stay down here. I have not

drank enough water today. Let me actually go get my water bottle. Hold on. So I haven't been really, I haven't really been a Stanley girl lately. I love Stanley. Wait, stop. Hold on.
