more capable. You feel like you can actually enjoy the things that are going well. Because maybe you,

you already have some things that are going well. Maybe you're in a great relationship. Or maybe you have a

great job. Maybe your health is good right now. And yet, when we're stuck, when we're feeling trapped,

when we feel like we just can't be comfortable in our own skin
