Most people think, I need a solid plan before I start. They sit down and they talk to people and they research

and they get ready. It's kind of like the person that cleans the house before the cleaning lady

comes. The point is for you to just take action. No business plan has ever survived first contact

with the customer. Never. I still remember the first time I wrote a business plan.

Not only did I follow none of it because those were all just guesses, but I later found it on my

hard drive years later and when I opened it, I laughed at how different my life was than what I

wrote down there. That's usually what happens in business plans. Instead, you should realize the
