Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today, Monday the 3rd of July.

I think today is going to be another hot day. Another scorching day. Yesterday was lovely.

Do you know, I seem to get so many things done yesterday.

And then at the end of the day, I thought, what day is it? You know when you lose track of everything and you can't remember what you're supposed to be doing at any one time?

So I turned on the telly. There was nothing I wanted to watch on the telly. So I went on the computer, faft around on the computer.

And then, yeah. And then after that, I thought, I'll water the plants. I watered the plants. And then I thought, I watched a bit more telly. Then I had something to eat. And then I thought, how about something's gone wrong today? I seemed to have crammed in

everything. We did the walk in Regents Park. Everybody's dog was out there on Regent's Park yesterday.

And then I had breakfast, uh, which was nice. Then I came home. Then I saw a friend of mine who's at Sandhurst but is back for the weekend so we went and had a cup of coffee

with another friend and then we lost one and two of us went on to the Barmy Arms had a bottle of

prosaecco the boss of the Barmy Arms Alex and his wife Hillary they're on holiday I thought their

car was I looked around for the car the where's the car but it was so beautiful and the river flowed by and, you know, it's all very nice actually yesterday. Twickenham, looking at its particularly sort of spectacular best. And then I thought to myself, I wonder what celebrity stories we've got today. And you know, still the papers are full of this love island and they're full of big brother. And then somebody mooted that apparently Ruth Langsford is going into strictly come dancing.

And so that means you're going to get Aymn Holmes on your television every day because he turns up the opening of a fridge.

So he'll just sort of sit there taking up two seats and she'll dance.

And that's been leaked by somebody because she's obviously kept it fairly quiet.

They say she's going to sign very shortly.

They don't like people to know in advance who's actually doing it.
