jury trial scheduled today continuing with the state's case in chief.

Before we get started, I will reiterate there's a conduct order in effect in this case.

The conduct order prevents any use of any device to record photograph or transmit sounds or images from the courtroom.

I'll also note that the conduct order in paragraph 2D indicates any activity or behavior which is

considered disruptive may result in removal from the courtroom. We're

starting our proceedings late this morning

because we do have a participant here

that's caused a disruption in our courtroom proceedings

based on their conduct.

I've talked to the bailiffs about that. Oh, All right.

Anyway, we had a sidebar with counsel also with their observations, talked to courthouse security, and so I am going to request this time that the bailiffs remove these person from the courtroom for the proceedings today based on their conduct.
