All right, we will go on the record on this matter, KCR 22, 21164, State of Idaho versus Lori, Noreen-Valo. This is the time scheduled for jury trial.

The court would note the prosecution is here as well as the defense and the defendant.

We'll do more formal introductions here in a moment.

The court would note a couple of things.

I think the parties have already been advised as well as all those in attendance.

There are some conduct orders that are in effect,

both governing conduct within the building,

pursuant to an administrative order

of administrative district judge Hitler,

as well as a courtroom conduct order that I've issued for both this courtroom

400, as well as the locations where the simulcast is taking place here in Ada County as well as in Madison County.

Importantly in this courtroom, courtroom 400 I wanted to reemphasize that no

reentry is allowed if you leave during the proceedings.

There will be scheduled breaks in the morning and the afternoon and a lunch break.

But if for some reason you need to leave while the case is going, then likely you will not be permitted to return to your seat.

And secondly, and I will note that in those other simulcast locations that is not the case the parties can come and go from those rooms or observers on the electronic devices.

No electronic devices are allowed in these proceedings and any of the locations I just mentioned to record,

photograph or transmit any sounds or images while this trial record

record being kept every day,

through the record being kept every day through the administrative process of the courts,

and that will contain the court's audio
