When I was very little, I would go to Arkansas in the summer to visit my grandparents who lived there.

And a couple of times, my grandfather, who's since passed away, brought me to visit old Grishams, right, like his cousins and extended family and uh that's what i learned that

um my on my father's side of the family they were like going back four generations basically

homesteaders very poor people who were part of that whole process in the midwest when it was

literally like a land rush, you know,

like you've heard of like the Sooners, you know, or the sooner you get there, the, you know, in Oklahoma, you can claim it. That's basically what they did. Is that where the name Sooners comes from? Yes, absolutely. Yes. I had no idea. Yeah. That's awesome. Well, you know, random sports knowledge. If there's one thing that you can count on this guy to give you, it's that.

And yeah. So, and then on my mom's side, they're from Alabama. And her grandfather was like the town doctor in like this dirt poor Alabama town where they couldn't

pay him so they would like pay him in like chickens and stuff you know it's wild times and

outmanarchies on the 1880s that's crazy yeah it is it is all right well that's been that's been
