Greg this is something that's been discussed for years or 40 years into the Smith Center

well past the normal date for buildings.

I find them fascinating.

Yeah, for sure, Tommy.

And I think just to provide a little bit of context, if you go back to 2013,

that's when Bubba Cunningham had a firm draw up some plans and come up with some ideas.

And back then, one of the one of the conversations was, okay, where the

Bowles lot is now, maybe you could build a new arena right there.

And the reason you would you would have to build new is because the track of land

that the current Smith Center sits, it's interesting that they decided to put the Smith Center there to begin with because they had a blast a lot of rock, I believe on kind of the west side and south side.

There's still a lot of rock, which is a little bit of an issue when you get into wanting

to do any type of renovation. Because a lot of people may not know, but a lot of arenas, most

arenas, you have a full circle underground underneath. And that's very beneficial to get trucks
