And so this week with the weather also chilling outside, I started wearing the sweatshirt.

So I come in today and now it's warm in the studio.

Some news that we're going to get to.

Marcus Freeman, Zoom press conference with the media earlier today.

We're going to hear a lot of Marcus Freeman's comments from that about a lot of different things,

including a couple of key injuries that Notre Dame just had pop up this week.

We're going to be talking about that.

The biggest news of the day, a couple of news items I wanted to mention here at the top of the show.

Indiana has reached a new eight-year contract agreement with Kurt Signetti. It'll make him

one of the highest paid football coaches in the FBS. The salary will reportedly average

$11.6 million per year. He, of course, guided the Hoosiers to a 10-and-2 record,

the college football playoff last year, and now after last week's winner of Oregon, their third in

the nation, 6-0 going into this week's game against Michigan State. And he is also a hot commodity

after James Franklin was fired. No, no secret,

I guess, you know, no doubt about why they did this when they did it. I was blown away,

though, seeing when the report came across ESPN that Kurt Signetti had agreed to something,
