I'm Sean Stiers, joined by Jesse Stiers. And we

roll into the first, I guess Notre Dame had two by weeks, so that, you know, this season. So it's not the

first time we haven't had in Notre Dame football. But this will be the first of at least a handful of weeks before Notre Dame plays again

after coming to the conclusion of the regular season. We've got other football to watch this weekend,

all the conference championship games, the spoils of being an independent as everyone likes to tell Notre Dame and Notre Dame fans.

But, you know, that's, it is what it is.

And Jesse, some interesting news that I think that we should go ahead and lead off this show with because it very well is likely to have at least some impact on tonight's college football playoff rankings release as we speak, of course, on Tuesday for anyone who might be listening to the podcast version of this show the day after.

But Lane Kiffin, the new head coach at LSU, announced his offensive coordinator, Charlie Wise, Jr.,

who is following him from Ole Miss to LSU, and by some accounts at least, was, you know,

like the other members of the offensive staff had to, you know, was basically either you're

in or you're out, either you're on the plane with me now or you're not coming to LSU. So Charlie gets on the plane, goes to LSU. Lane Kiffin announced

today that he is going to let Charlie Wise Jr. remain offensive coordinator at Ole Miss

during the Rebels college football playoff run, however long that lasts.

And he made the announcement specifically earlier today because of tonight's rankings.

And Vince and I were talking on yesterday's show about how the absence of not just Lane Kiffin,

but the offensive staff could impact Ole Miss in the

rankings. I think at the very least, without the offensive staff and without your

offensive coordinator and, of course, your head coach, but without whoever, I think that
