Summary

Tonight’s guest, Katie, grew up in Nova Scotia, where she now lives, but she’s lived in British Columbia also. You’d think, if she was going to have a Sasquatch sighting, she would have had her sighting in British Columbia. That’s not where she had it, though. She had it in Nova Scotia, in July of 2018, while she was on her way to work. What’s even more ironic about her sighting is, two weeks before she had her sighting, she wondered to herself if she would ever see a Bigfoot before she died. Little did she know, her question would be answered not long after that.

0:14.0	Hello everyone tonight, this is Katie, and I have an experience I wish to share with you all tonight.
0:22.0	Well, first of all, a little bit about myself. I'm a gal that's grown up in Nova Scotia.
0:29.0	I'm now 63 soon to be four, and I have lived in BC as well.
0:36.0	Prior to my Sasquatch sighting, and this goes back a few years now when I was about 14,
0:42.0	I was on a trip with my mom and dad, sister, and a friend, girlfriend of ours.
0:47.0	And we were at Big Sur, and my father decided one night in the morning that he was going to get up early and he was going to trick us girls.
0:56.0	So he did that. We woke up, but that was a time when you were allowed to park a motorhome on the beach along Big Sur.
1:04.0	And that was a good many years ago. So dad had left the trailer, and he had made Bigfoot prints that went all around of our trailer.
1:13.0	And he called into the trailer and said, come on, girls, you have to see this. You're not going to believe it.
1:20.0	And he had us fooled. He really did when we came out because we saw these huge footprints.
1:27.0	And that's when dad talked about Bigfoot, and I got really interested.
1:32.0	And I've had that interest all these years. In fact, when I did live in BC, that's when I heard a whole lot more,
1:40.0	and I decided I wanted to know more. So I got involved. I went to libraries. I listened to any show that I could.
1:49.0	And that's basically been what I've been doing ever since until I got my own sighting.
1:57.0	This took place in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2018 that would be the third Friday in July, and it was very early in the morning.
2:09.0	Now, I was a nurse, and I have to explain to you, I had a 30-minute drive to get to my employment.
2:19.0	I want you to picture this. I want you to picture off the right side of this old road, the old number seven road, into Muscatalbot Harbor.
2:30.0	And on the right-hand side, you will see a nursing home, and to the left of that, you would see the community hospital.
2:41.0	And after that is the road that leads into where I had my sighting.
2:47.0	And just to explain, the road that you take to get in is L-shaped backwards.
