Summary

Tonight’s guest, Jessica Jones, is a Bigfoot and paranormal researcher, based out of Georgia, who had her first Sasquatch-related experience in 2011. You see, after her interest in them had been piqued by a trip to a Bigfoot presentation, with her mother, she became interested in finding out all that she could about them. At the presentation she attended, with her mother, she spoke with several of the researchers who gave presentations about Sasquatch. After seeing how interested Jessica was in learning, what she could, about Sasquatch, the researchers invited her on an upcoming expedition. Of course, Jessica had high hopes for what would happen, when she went into the field with them, but she got more excitement than she expected. We hope you’ll listen to her talk about what happened on that expedition as well as share other experiences she’s had.

0:00.0	I'm Jessica Jones. I am a bigfoot and paranormal field researcher based out of Georgia. I started
0:08.0	doing bigfoot field research back in 2011. I'm actually a member of three separate bigfoot
0:15.0	field research teams. And that includes the North Georgia cryptid researchers, Enigma
0:21.0	Research Group, and Anomalous Studies and Observation Group. And we're all boots on the ground,
0:28.0	field researchers. Starting off as bigfoot field researchers, we've kind of graduated into being
0:33.0	just all around paranormal field investigators and researchers. Started back in 2011, I had had no
0:41.0	bigfoot experience whatsoever before 2011. I don't think that I'd ever encountered one,
0:47.0	but I was very much into the paranormal and into, you know, I'd been seeing ghosts my whole life
0:53.0	since I was a kid and was really into like UFOs and ETs and all the monsters that lurked in the
0:59.0	woods. And I was a little girl who had grown up in the country in Georgia. I'm here in Georgia,
1:06.0	where we do have a lot of bigfoot by the way. And when I was, I guess around 2011 or so, my mother
1:16.0	had been attending these events every Wednesday night where she was at Mr. Sam in Verblin's house.
1:23.0	They'd have a variety show of, you know, a speaker that came in every Wednesday night and some
1:28.0	gentleman came in and were coming in to speak and they were part of a bigfoot field investigating
1:34.0	team. My mom said, well, you know, Jessica, I think you would really enjoy this. Why don't you come
1:40.0	with me to this meeting and hear about these guys doing bigfoot field research. Now, I want to back
1:47.0	up just a little bit because today I'm also known as the cryptid huntress and I do have a radio show
1:52.0	and a YouTube platform and social media where I'm known as the cryptid huntress. Go into that meeting that night
1:59.0	did escalate into me having shows and speaking publicly about all of this. But it took me 10 years
2:07.0	to ever go public about any of my research. Okay. So I just jumped ahead and I'm going to go back again.
2:12.0	So I go to this meeting with my mother one night to meet some gentlemen and to hear them talk about
2:18.0	their bigfoot field research because I'm one of those kind of people that wants to know for myself.
